What is EDEN?

The Episodic Disabilities Employment Network (EDEN) is a network of people from across Canada living with episodic disabilities and facing barriers to employment.

EDEN connects people living with episodic disabilities and helps them to find solutions to employment challenges — income security, access to medications and extended health benefits, workplace accommodations, and stigma and discrimination are just some examples.

EDEN members are at different stages of their employment journey — some are just beginning to explore their career options, while others are actively job hunting. Some are already employed and others are examining retirement options.

What they all have in common are tough questions related to employment. EDEN’s aim is to help them find the answers and, ultimately, to connect them to the individuals and organizations that can provide them with the support and services they need.
